About Adam Milo

Adam Milo is a leading Israeli company specializing in assessment and evaluation solutions for recruitment, security, and organizational development. With decades of expertise, the company provides data-driven tools and psychological insights to support smarter hiring, strengthen organizational security, and promote career growth.

Project Brief
Restructure and redesign Adam Milo’s digital presence to meet the needs of diverse user groups while establishing a cohesive and scalable brand experience.
Problem

The previous Adam Milo website attempted to serve multiple audiences within a single platform, leading to:

Multiple disconnected websites – Adam Milo’s various services appeared as separate, unlinked entities in search results.

No unified branding – Each site had a different look and feel, weakening recognition.

Lack of a design system No shared UI, resulting in inconsistent navigation and visual identity.

Veritas brand fragmentation – The globally sold Veritas system had become visually detached, with every purchasing company designing its own version, damaging trust and coherence.

Solution

To establish a strong and cohesive digital ecosystem, I implemented:

A multi-site structure – Each target audience now has a dedicated website:
Adam Milo 360, Tech, Veritas, Security, and more.

Unified branding – A consistent logo and naming system (e.g., Adam Milo Veritas, Adam Milo Tech) reinforces brand identity across platforms.

Design system – Shared UI components, iconography, typography, and layouts ensure consistency and usability across all platforms.

Centralized access point – The Adam Milo OnePager acts as a branded hub, connecting all platforms in one place.

Veritas design control – I created a locked WordPress template for Veritas, allowing buyers to edit only the content, not the structure or styling, while preserving visual alignment with the Adam Milo brand.

Research

During the research phase, I conducted stakeholder interviews and analyzed user behavior across platforms.

Key Insights

HR professionals need structured product pages and easy access to consultation booking.

Job seekers expect clear guidance and a simple application process.

Security professionals prefer content-rich pages with case studies and technical depth.

Users were frustrated by mixed messaging - each audience needed a platform that speaks directly to them.

Design System

A cohesive design language was developed across all platforms.
This included a unified color palette, typography, iconography, and UI components – ensuring clarity, professionalism, and brand consistency.

Ideation

In the ideation phase, I explored different approaches to reorganize Adam Milo’s digital presence. The focus was on addressing the needs of distinct user groups while resolving brand inconsistencies.

My goal was to design a clear system that simplifies navigation, communicates the company’s diverse services, and delivers a consistent user experience across platforms.

I tested structural, visual, and technical solutions, each with strengths and limitations, before shaping a strategy that balanced personalization with unified branding.

Ideas Considered:

Redesigning the existing site with improved navigation

Still required users to sift through unrelated content. Did not solve the messaging confusion.

Creating one main site with segmented sections

Overwhelming. User testing revealed confusion over where to go and what applied to whom.

Building multiple dedicated websites + OnePager hub

Chosen solution. Each audience gets its own site. All platforms are connected through a central branded gateway.

Solving Veritas brand fragmentation

Created a locked WordPress template for Veritas that ensures design consistency across global clients. Companies can only modify content (text/images), not the layout or style -maintaining alignment with the Adam Milo brand.

Conclusion

The redesign of Adam Milo’s digital presence was a strategic, large-scale effort to realign the company with its audiences.

By separating offerings into distinct, focused platforms and connecting them under one unified brand experience, the project:

Improved clarity and usability.

Restored brand trust and visual consistency.

Created a scalable framework that can grow with the business.

Brought global Veritas sites back under central design control.

Takeaways

This project was a valuable opportunity to address complex UX and branding challenges within a multi-product organization. It reinforced the importance of strategic structure, consistent design, and scalable systems in creating long-term impact, not only for users but also for the company’s growth and brand identity.

Design must evolve with growth

One site couldn't serve Adam Milo’s diverse audiences. Multiple platforms brought clarity and relevance.

Consistency builds trust

A shared design system and unified branding strengthened recognition and professionalism across all touch-points.

Structure supports clarity

Tailored journeys for each audience reduced friction and boosted engagement.

UX is also about control

Clear navigation + strict design governance (especially for Veritas) helped preserve brand integrity at scale.
